Retrieval Policies

        The App’s Refund Policies:

        1- After purchasing courses or the question bank, the customer is not entitled to request a refund of the amount paid.

        2- The customer is not permitted to share or distribute the app’s content with others, as this constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

        3- The customer is prohibited from sharing or distributing the contents of the question bank.

        4- The customer is not allowed to record or capture videos of the app’s lectures.

        Platform Return Policies:

        1- The client is entitled to a full refund (100%) of the paid amount if the course enrollment is canceled 14 days or more before the course start date.

        2- The client is entitled to a refund of 50% of the paid amount if the course enrollment is canceled 7 days or more before the course start date.

        3- The client is entitled to a refund of 25% of the paid amount if the course enrollment is canceled 3 days or more before the course start date.

        4- The client is not entitled to any refund if the course enrollment is canceled after the course has started.
